What is required to reserve a room?
We usually require a 50% deposit to reserve a room unless your arrival date is less that 7 days away, in which case we require 100%
How do I book a room?
Simply click on the BOOK NOW button and follow the on screen prompts.
Can I choose a specific room?
Yes, all our rooms are listed individually and you get the room you selected
What if I need to cancel my reservation?
Please see the tab headed CANCELLATION policy
What type of payment do you accept?
We accept all major cards and payment via EFT
Do you accept cash?
Wild Tree Lodge is a cashless establishment
Can I reserve a room without making payment
Unfortunately you can only secure a reservation by paying a deposit
Will I get my money back if I cancel?

If cancelling 7 days before arrival?
Forfeit 100% of the booking total
If cancelling 14 days before arrival?
Forfeit 100% of the deposit
If cancelling 21 days before arrival?
Forfeit 50% of the deposit
If cancelling 30 days before arrival?
Forfeit 25% of the deposit
Are Children Allowed?
Children underage the age of 12 years old can stay free of charge if accompanied by an adult. Children aged 12 years and over will be charged full rate.
Are children under 2 allowed?
Children under 2 are welcome by prior arrangement It should also be noted that we have a swimming pool
Are pets allowed?
We regret that no pets are allowed to accompany overnight guests
